Formely of Maison d’être and Maison Bleue, Kim is first generation Vietnamese. Born in Paris, London has been her home for the last 18 years and she now shares a home with her partner and their young son. After running the two cafes for 15 years, Kim decided to prioritise her passions and her wellbeing, choosing a better balance in her life, focussing on the things she loves about working with food and with people.
